 FISH are shipped by Air Canada and West Jet to your closest airport. You will be expected to sign for them with in 2 hours of their arrival. We require you to notify us AND the airline in case of loss or damage. We will only guarantee 24-hour live arrival if they have been picked up promptly and have not been delayed or damaged by the airline.
ANY CLAIM FOR LOSSES OR DAMAGE MUST BE DIRECTED TO THE AIRLINE IMMEDIATELY AT THE TIME OF PICK UP. OPEN AND INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT AT THE AIRPORT.
The average price for 1 box of fish to be shipped by air is approximately $65.00 CDN. Combining orders with a friend is a great way to save on freight.

Fish are shipped double bagged and oxygenated. Packed in a Styrofoam box in side a cardboard box. Ice packs are added if needed. We charge a $10 a box-handling fee, which can be waived if your order for fish exceeds $500.
NOTE: Fish can also be shipped by Greyhound courier express if you’re located with in a 4-hour drive of the Okanagan valley. | |

SHIPPING INFO
Shipping charges are $12.99 CDN for all orders of $1.00 - $200.00 CDN (except fish & plants) and FREE shipping for orders over $200.00 CDN.
Exceptions would include over sized items such as filter matting, liner and large boxed items like filters. Those items will be quoted separately and WE WILL SPLIT THE SHIPPING WITH YOU…YOU WILL ONLY PAY 50% OF THE ACTUAL FREIGHT CHARGE.
We ship Canada Post Expedited, Greyhound and Purolator courier. WE ONLY SHIP WITH IN CANADA AT THIS TIME.
Most orders are shipped with in 24 hours of being received, subject to product availability. Some orders may be shipped in more than one shipment depending on the availability from the particular vendor. In the case that your order is split, you will not be charged extra for the additional shipment. You will always ONLY PAY WHAT YOU WERE QUOTED….NEVER MORE! | |
